Returns & Refunds
We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to assist you. Please email us at info@hearttoheartinflorence.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your request.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. We kindly ask that all items be returned in their original condition, complete with tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns of used, damaged, or unpackaged products. Items returned after the specified period will be sent back to the sender.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty and the defect has been recognized by HEART TO HEART IN FLORENCE.
Once we receive the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days. Please make sure to include your name and order number in the package.
